Situation
Edon is a Manager for the Etobicoke branch of a grocery store chain. In the past he has had difficulty sourcing the range of specialized candidates–like Cake Decorators or Meat Cutters–that a grocery store sometimes requires.
Edon set up an appointment with his local VPI branch to discuss how we could work together to help with his hiring challenges.
