Description
This workshop will help to develop effective workplace communication skills and build positive relationships with colleagues in our course focused on improving workplace dynamics. Learn techniques to communicate assertively and present a positive and approachable attitude, even during challenging days. Gain insights on avoiding misunderstandings and handling situations where communication may be misinterpreted.
