Description
Are you wondering whether or not to disclose your disability to a potential employer? If so, you’re not alone. In this workshop, we’ll explore the legal protections in place for individuals with disabilities, as well as an employer’s obligation to accommodate those with disabilities. We’ll also discuss the benefits and potential risks of disclosing a disability to a potential employer, and provide guidance on when and how much information to share. Join us to gain a better understanding of your rights and how to navigate the job market as a person with a disability.
