Situation
Rebecca wanted something better. She wanted to find secure and meaningful work that supported her and her family’s needs. Due to the pandemic, finding work was proving difficult. So, she got in touch with VPI where she was partnered with an Employment Specialist.
Rebecca received one-on-one support where she had the opportunity to improve and update her resume and prepare for future interviews. She and her Employment Specialist quickly developed a great working relationship, and they were both dedicated to finding a job that was right for Rebecca.
Rebecca received frequent updates on potential job openings that suited her interests and had help applying to them. After working closely with her Employment Specialist, Rebecca found a job that fit her needs. She applied and got the position as a Site Administrator which she says has been a “life-changing opportunity”.
