Situation
Pranjal made it his goal to find a Quality Control position in the food manufacturing industry. But, with only general labour experience under his belt, he was having a hard time landing an interview.
He decided to get in touch with VPI, and was partnered with a Career Specialist. Working together, they conducted mock interviews; preparing Pranjal for interview questions and providing tips on how to answer them successfully. The one-on-one support he received, combined with the motivation and encouragement from his Career Specialist, made him feel ready to take the next steps to finally reach his goal.
Through VPI’s vast network of employers, our team was able to find a suitable match for Pranjal–a food manufacturing company who was looking to hire for a quality control position.
Using his new confidence and improved interview skills, Pranjal had a successful interview and was offered the position he wanted. Pranjal continues to receive support from our team helping him with job retention.
