Our Hiring Events and Job Fairs have traditionally been an efficient way to support employers in meeting with several job candidates and make hires within a short period of time. But the COVID-19 pandemic has made group gatherings a risky proposition.
Hence, we’ve developed a new virtual hiring event process that brings all of the benefits of a traditional hiring event right to your computer.

How it works
If you have multiple roles to fill, get in touch with us and we will figure out the best date and time to set up the virtual event.
From there, we’ll promote the event to our pool of talented job seekers and to the general public.
When a candidate registers to attend the event, they will be pre-screened, given an interview slot, and instructions on what to expect. Our team will handle all of the scheduling.
Prior to the event, we’ll provide you with a link, candidate information and instructions on how to access the virtual event.
On the day of the event, we’ll walk you through the technical steps and get you all set for your one-on-one virtual interviews with each of the candidates.
Not good with computers? No problem.
Even if you aren’t particularly tech-savvy, this is a great way to conduct interviews. Everything virtual requires a little bit of patience. But our team is experienced in coordinating these events. We’ll handle the technical side–you just need to conduct the interviews.
Job Fairs
Interested in conducting virtual interviews but unsure if you can commit to being the only employer? We also run multi-employer virtual Job Fairs.
These are larger events that include multiple employers who are hiring multiple positions. Everything from your perspective will stay the same–you will still conduct individual one-on-one interviews in pre-set time slots.
These events are typically best suited to entry level jobs. You’ll get the added benefit of a larger candidate pool. Candidates who apply for one position with another employer may be willing to interview for multiple positions with different employers.
