Who We Are

Since 1988, we have been delivering employment services to help individuals, employers, and communities achieve their goals at no cost. Headquartered in Mississauga, we operate in multiple locations across Southern Ontario, including Ajax, Etobicoke, Georgetown, Hamilton, Mississauga, Oshawa, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, Toronto, Vaughan, Walkerton, Kincardine, Port Elgin, and Wiarton.

Our work focuses on providing tailored employment programs, vocational assessments, and supportive services to jobseekers that help build job readiness, provide access to training, and connect them with meaningful and sustainable employment opportunities.

As a trusted partner of the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development (MLITSD), we deliver Employment Ontario programs designed to support job seekers, employers, and community initiatives. Our services include connecting job seekers with meaningful work, assisting employers with hiring needs, and collaborating with community partners to create pathways for long-term success.

Yes, VPI Employment Services offers its programs and services free of charge. These services are funded by the Government of Ontario through Employment Ontario.

Eligibility criteria for these services include:

  • Being unemployed or underemployed (working less than 20 hours per week).

  • Not participating in full-time training or education.

  • Being a resident of Ontario.

  • Being legally entitled to work in Canada.

Specific programs may have additional requirements. 

We assist job seekers in finding a wide range of employment opportunities, not limited to entry-level positions. We offer resources and support for various job types across different industries, catering to diverse career goals and experience levels. Services include, but are not limited to, job search assistance, resume building, interview preparation, and connections to employers seeking candidates for various roles.
