Mindfulness can help us find balance and take care of ourselves amidst life’s challenges. However, stress, anger, and depression can sometimes overwhelm us and disrupt our daily lives. In this workshop, you’ll learn about stress, anger, and anxiety disorders, and discover practical strategies for managing them. By attending this session, you’ll gain insights into how to cope with these emotions and restore balance to your life.
