Description
Traumatic experiences can have lifelong negative impacts on us, often shaping our beliefs, behaviours, and relationships.
This workshop aims to help each of us recognize our traumas, acknowledge their significance, and offer suggestions to assist us in moving beyond those experiences in positive ways.
