This free workshop will introduce you to the tools you need for successful communication by learning the different DISC personality styles and how to apply it by ‘speaking someone’s behaviour language’. You will be part of many engaging activities that provide context for effective service strategies by putting the topics into practice. Our goal is to help you learn the value of creating a positive work environment centered around customer-centric values and how they can individually impact company culture.
