Free Customer Service Training (October 2017)

We’re hosting several customer service training workshops across our branch locations in┬áthe GTA. This training is funded in part by the Government of Canada and Government of Ontario and offered to the public at no cost.

If you are interested in developing and improving your ability to converse with fellow employees or clients that will leave a long lasting impression, this training course will guide you through the process and teach you how to create a positive customer experience. Having the ability to effectively and professionally communicate with others in any job position, across all industries, is an important skill to have under your belt.

  • Various types of employee cultures
  • Seven habits of successful people
