The Youth Job Connection program offers paid pre-employment training and paid job placements to help youth (15-29 years old) overcome barriers to employment. The program is starting this April once again in Etobicoke, Georgetown, Ajax, Oshawa, Port Elgin and Kincardine.

Program Benefits

  • Discuss your career goals with a Job Placement Specialist and receive expert advice
  • Earn $11.40 to attend pre-employment workshops (see start dates below)
  • Full-time, part-time and summer jobs after workshops are completed
  • Free support before, during and after we get you a job

Paid Workshops – Day 1

Sign up for the first day of workshops designed to help you get ready for work. Participants earn $11.40/hour to attend 20-60 hours of training.
